Reflection

As a designer, I gained a lot of confidence as this was my first opportunity to develop a complex application from scratch, in a large product team, and the most unique thing for me is that the development was carried out for a foreign customer, taking into account the legislation of two states, previously unknown to me.

My project manager and mentor gave me the push I needed to keep moving forward, and gave me the autonomy to conduct my own research, iteration, prototyping, and presenting design features. It was an exciting opportunity to work with the engineering team and project manager for the first time as they gave me insight into how projects are delivered and shipped. This experience was definitely interesting and rewarding.

Despite the fact that we were in different cities of Russia, the team really made this experience special.

Our project manager arranged a meeting for us in Rostov-on-Don. Pictured is a small part of our team.
It was a very valuable experience for me. This had a positive effect on our further communication at work.
Dream Team!
I am very proud to work with all of you! You are great, thank you very much for your selfless work!
